HOW TO ENTER: The Competition will run from and (the ‘Website’). No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Competition. The Competition will begin on 4th December 2015 and the deadline for receipt of entry is 29 January 2015 at 12pm (BST) (the “Entry Period”). Any entry received after deadline will not be eligible. 

To enter, you must rearrange the tiles to make the album cover and then complete and submit the relevant sign-up form. The user with the fastest entry at the end of the competition will receive the main prize – Once Upon A Time Super Deluxe Box Set. The details provided by the entrant in their sign-up form will be the identity of the entrant (the “Entrant”) and, if selected as one of the fastest Entries of the Competition, the identity of the winner. Entrants must have a valid email address to enter the Competition. The use of a bogus name or email address will disqualify an entrant. There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. All entries become the property of Universal Music Operations (‘UMO’). By entering the Competition, entrant consents to UMO’s collection of the personal information in accordance with UMO’s privacy policy (found at  Entrant further consents to receive additional MPL promotional information. All entrants agree to abide by these rules. Entries may be rejected in the sole discretion of UMO, including for reasons of obscenity, defamation or invasion of privacy.

ELIGIBILITY: This Competition is open to Entrants worldwide (subject to the laws and regulations of their country allowing them to enter a Competition of this format. Entries to the Competition shall be deemed void where prohibited. All Entrants must be at least 14 years of age to be valid and to be able to prove their age. Notwithstanding the foregoing, by submitting the Entry, Entrants under the age of 18 thereby warrant that they have obtained parental consent to enter the Competition and to assign the copyright in their Entry to the Promoter. Entrants under the age of eighteen (18) shall provide their parent’s/guardian’s email address so that, if necessary, the Promoter can confirm this with the Entrant’s parents/guardian. If an Entrant is under the age of 14, he or she should refrain from submitting an Entry.  Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of UMO and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are not eligible to enter this Competition. UMO and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are not responsible for any lost, late illegible, incomplete, postage due, misdirected or mutilated mail, any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or mobile phone transmissions which may limit Entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition.

SELECTION: After the Entry Period closes, the correct Entry with the fastest time will be selected as the grand prize winners (‘Winner’). In an event of a tie the winner will be selected at random. The Winners will be notified by email and/or phone by a UMO representative within five (5) days of the Entry Period closing.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and correct received. All decisions of UMO are final and binding on the entrants in all respects. Failure to respond within 24 hours will be considered Winner’s forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. 

There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the entries and prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The Winner assumes all responsibility for taxes. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: An Entrant, Runners Up or Winner may be disqualified from the Competition if he or she fails to comply with these official rules, as determined in the sole discretion of UMO. Unless prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names and likenesses in all media for publicity purposes without any further compensation. By entering or accepting a prize in the Competition, entrants/winner agree to be bound by these Official Competition Rules and to conform to all laws and regulations.

By entering, participants, winners and persons accompanying the winners, agree to release and hold harmless UMO, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded. UMO is not responsible for 1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on entry 2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer, mobile phone or technical error of any kind. UMO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Competition should a virus, ‘bug’ or other cause beyond UMO control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Competition. UMO reserves the right to modify the rules of the Competition in any way or at any time. These Official Competition Rules and this Competition shall be governed by English law and by entering the Competition all entrants agree that all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Courts of Justice.
